If you order the appraisal before 11AM we can have report completed by days end. This is a process that normally takes a minimum of three to five working days in most areas. We will most likely have to drop all current assignments to accommodate this expedited service. Other assignments will have to be re-scheduled, work in progress must be postponed. It is reasonable to expect a significant increase in the fee due to the time constraints and effort required in completing the appraisal. Saturday, Sunday, early morning and late afternoon appointments are available if needed.
